Adult psychotherapy & psychiatry
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is an approach to psychotherapy that has the potential to catalyze or speed recovery from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress and addiction. It involves in-office, monitored administration of ketamine, followed by an intensive therapy session with two trained providers.
Our therapy rooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and sanitized between patients. Therapists wear masks, and patients are pre-screened to ensure safety.
I provide psychiatric care including therapy and medication management to adults of all ages. My approach is holistic and takes into account lifestyle and stress-management interventions that may benefit my patients.

I am an in-network provider on the Cigna and ACS (Duke Students BCBS) insurance panels.
If you are insured with another provider, consider contacting your provider to inquire about their ‘out-of-network’ benefits. I recommend you specifically ask about their mental health coverage, need for prior authorization, yearly deductible amount, and the percentage of reimbursement to you (often between 50 - 80% of the cost). I will provide you with weekly or monthly statements that can be used to file for out-of-network benefits from your insurer.
I do not currently accept Medicare. I have officially ‘opted-out’ of Medicare. This means that I am permitted to enter into private contracts with Medicare beneficiaries. If this applies to you there will be a form to fill out authorizing this relationship.
